My husband and I were married 7 years ago last December 2004.
We were both in our 50"s, with fairly good paying jobs,
and only my home as our new start. All went well until 5 mos.
after we were married. I was out of work on temporary disability
due to surgery for a torn rotator cuff. when I received a
phone call from a company that I had worked for 10 years telling
me they reorganized the office and I no long was employed
by this company. My husband and I were not ready for that...at
all.... We had bills galore.... We had received a call from
Homestead Financial asking us if we were interested in refinancing
our mortgage....we didn't even know how they got our name
and we didn't care.....That was our introduction to a wonderful
company.
|
After
our first refinance, we continued the best we could with
our finances for
the next few years. We had lots of legal fees with my lawsuit
against the company; everything seemed to be falling apart
in our home along with many other things. It was not very
long when we refinanced again. Homestead pulled us out for
the second time. No matter how hard we tried, we never seemed
to have had any cash flow and with no cash flow, we could
do nothing but charge.
|
Just recently Homestead pulled us out for the 3rd time, and
this time, we have destroyed charge cards, and actually are
able to save money. WE HAVE CASH FLOW. That alone is a great
feeling. We were never a 30-day late on our payments, but
never on time. Being late always creates "monthly"
phone calls.... I hate them.... Now I don't have them thanks
to Homestead Financial.

Homestead
Financial has been able to help us every time we needed help,
even at
times when we thought of bankruptcy. We can't express the
appreciation that we have for Homestead and the wonderful
crew they have working there.
Thank you again!
